TO : JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND SHERIFFS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF EIGHT JUDICIAL REGION

SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE FIFTH REGIONAL SEMINAR UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 6, of the 1987 Constitution and Section 3 of Republic Act No. 8557, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Legal Researchers Sheriffs and of the First and Second Level Trial Courts of eight Judicial Region are designated participants in the Fifth Regional Seminar under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on February 21 to 23, 2001 (Wednesday to Friday), at the Leyte Park Hotel, Tacloban City.

Judges are directed to leave a skeleton force in their respective courts during tho Rogionul Sominur.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS with all expenses for travel chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 02-2000, dated April 12, 2000.
