Subject: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRD)
Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE) 96-00829 dated 19 August 1996 evidencing registration of a portion of the foreign direct investment of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Hong Kong in its Philippine Branch, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored of found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or profit remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
