TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions With Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1478 dated November 5, 1997 authorized the establishment and operation of IMPERIAL BANK (A Savings Bank), as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed and issued by the Governor on December 15, 1998. The bank started operations on February 2, 1999.
