Subject: Lost Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Registration Document
Please be advised that BSP Registration Document No. CB-FEIOD (FI) 90-00444 dated 8 November 1990, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Pioneer Overseas Corporation, USA in Pioneer Hi-Bred Agricultural Technologies, Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions 1/ issued under Circular No. 645 dated 13 February 2009.
