CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2003
TO: ALL AUTHORIZED AGENT BANKS
Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document No. CB-MEDIAD (FI) 80-1830-D dated July 24, 1980 and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Letter-Advise dated September 14, 1998 with FED DEID Ref. No. 980827-05, evidencing registration of foreign direct investments of The Boots Company PLC, United Kingdom in The Boots Company (Philippines), Inc., have been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
