TO : All Commercial Banks and Custodian Banks
SUBJECT : Certificate of Inward Remittance (CIR) Form
Effective immediately, in implementation of Amendment No. 2 under BSP Circular No. 224 dated 26 January 2000, banks issuing the Certificate of Inward Remittance (CIR) of foreign exchange and/or its conversion to pesos, for investment registration purposes, shall use the attached form for uniformity.
