OTHER DOCUMENT/S FOR SUBMISSION (a) Warranty or certification from the Licensee contains the following information: ▪ that Licensee has conducted a probity check of Third Party Junket Operator and it was found that Third Party Junket Operator (i) is of good repute, having regard to character, honesty and integrity (ii) is of sound and stable financial background and (iii) has a consistent track record of compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to it, whether in relation to its business as junket operator or otherwise and whether in the Philippines or elsewhere. ▪ that Licensee has on file a copy of company registration and incorporation papers (if junket operator is a corporation) or business registration (if junket operator is a sole proprietorship or a partnership), and junket agreement with Third Party Junket Operator as provided by Third Party Junket Operator. The status of the application can be viewed and monitored through the online account created using the same system. Operator can also download and print the acknowledgment generated as proof of submission.
