Payment of applicable fees shall be made and transmitted to EGLD using Payment Processing Request Form (EG Form No. 2). 5. Acceptance of the proposed gaming venue and submission of these documents does not guarantee of approval of the application. The grant of a Gaming License remains subject to the approval of the PAGCOR Board. All information and documents submitted relative to this application are valid, true, and correct; 2. We understand that at this point, PAGCOR does not require any contractual agreement for the proposed gaming venue. Only in the event of PAGCOR's written approval of the establishment of Gaming Venue thereat shall we execute and submit such agreement and likewise commence with the renovation of the gaming venue. We will not hold PAGCOR liable for any rental/construction expenses that We may incur relative thereto. 3. We have executed this statement with the knowledge that misrepresentation or failure to reveal information requested may be deemed sufficient cause for disapproval/denial of this application or revocation of the corresponding Gaming License if application has been approved by the time such misrepresentation or act of omission is discovered. 4. We are certifying that we have conducted due diligence and surveyed the area where the proposed gaming venue will be located and is confirming that the proposed location is compliant with distance requirements from schools, places of worship, and from another gaming venue. 5. We agree to abide by the provisions set forth in the latest Regulatory Framework. We understand that incomplete submission of the requirements will cause the return / non-acceptance of the application. 6.
