AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES FROM THE CITIES OF BACOLOD AND SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA IN THE WORKSHOP ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR)

In coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), will conduct a two-day Workshop on Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) for Judges from the cities of Bacolod and San Fernando, Pampanga, to be held on 1 and 2 of September, 2005 at the Mezzanine Conference Room 1, Centennial Bldg., Supreme Court, corner Taft Avenue and Padre Faura Streets, Manila.

Attendance in this Workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

The Judges concerned are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the workshop.

This Administrative Circular cancels and supersedes Administrative Circular No. 37-2005 issued on 4 August 2005.
