TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE ILOILO PROVINCE AND ILOILO CITY

SUBJECT : COLLOQUIM ON THE PHILIPPINE PROBATION SYSTEM ON 21 FEBRUARY 2001 IN ILOILO CITY

The Parole and Probation Administration, Regional Office No. VI will hold a colloquium on the Philippine Probation System on 21 February 2001 in Iloilo City. Judges are authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of affair.
