ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES

RE: SUBMISSION OF PERIODIC REPORTS ON DETENTION PRISONERS

In compliance with the Supreme Court En Bane Resolution dated 29 January 2002 in A.M. No. 02-1-02-SC, at! executive judges are directed to submit a report on detention prisoners of the courts/branches within their area of jurisdiction to the Office of the Court Administrator.

it is observed that some of the courts/branches directly submit their respective reports to the Office of the Court Administrator and merely furnished the Executive Judge with copies thereof while others forward their reports to the Executive Judge for eventual transmittal to OCA.

For uniform compliance and orderly transmittal to this Office, all executive judges are hereby directed to submit to the OCA a quarterly report on detention prisoners with cases pending within the courts/branches under their administrative supervision within ten (10) days after each quarter.
