SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON DECEMBER 17, 2012 AT THE HOLY NAME AV HALL DAMPAS ALUMNI, DAMPAS, TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL

The Working Vice Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts, in cooperation with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), will hold a seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) on December 17, 2012, 1:00 P.M. at the Holy Name AV Hall Dampas Alumni, Dampas, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

The following first and second level court judges stationed in the province of Bohol are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:
