Orders (RTA0s) issued and published within June i-30, 2016 invoving under RMC No.71.-2016 dated Juiy 4. 2016, havina been approved by the dated 21 0ctober 2oi0, requiring ciearance from the Secretary or Finance on transfers involving Presidential Appointees, Revenue Travel Assignment Presidential Appointees are excluded fron the general revocation provided
