Revised schedules for the GL Template Trust Reports

CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002

TO:    ALL COMMERCIAL BANKS Performing Trust, Other Fiduciary Business and Investment Management Activities

To implement the GL/SL Template File Reporting System under Circular Letter dated February 5, 2002, the revised schedules for the GL Template Trust Reports shall be effective for quarter end March 31, 2003, for submission within ten (10) banking days after reference quarter. For purposes of electronic reporting, attached for your ready reference, are the data structures for the revised GL Template Trust and the corresponding schedules. (Annexes 1, 2 to 2.3). The guidelines in the Circular Letter dated February 5, 2002 shall continue to apply except that the parallel run shall now cover the September 30 and December 31, 2002 reports, which shall be transmitted electronically under CC Mail address CIR108-Trust on or before January 22 and February 20, 2003, respectively. Also attached for your guidance, are the amendments in the revised Manual of Accounts provided under the Memorandum to All Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries Performing Trust, Other Fiduciary Business and Investment Management Activities dated March 1, 2002.
