RE : ATTENDANCE AT THE PHILJA RVR-AIM, USAID/AGILE, & ADB TRAINING SEMINAR ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FOR COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation with the Ramon V. del Rosario Center for Corporate Responsibility, Asian Institute of Management (RVR-AIM), USAID/AGILE and Asian Development Bank, that are lending full support to all aspects of the activity, will conduct a seminar-workshop on "Corporate Governance for Commercial Court Judges" for all Judges designated to handle cases formerly cognizable by SEC and other commercial cases, on February 25 to March 1, 2002, at the Marriott Hotel, Cebu City.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
All travel expenses properly documented, except air transportation prepaid by RVR-AIM, shall similarly be reimbursed by RVR-AIM after the seminar.
Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
