SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. QUINTILIANITO S. BABARIN, JR.
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 31 August 2016 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 10577, entitled “In Re: CA-G.R. SP No. 00024 against Atty. Quintilianito S. Babarin, Jr. and Atty. Emilie Salcedo-Babarin," to wit:
Respondent Atty. Quintilianito S. Babarin, Jr.'s Notice of Compliance and Urgent Motion to Lift Suspension dated April 28, 2016 is NOTED .
Acting on the Office of the Bar Confidant's (OBC) Report and Recommendation dated July 5, 2016 on Atty. Babarin, Jr.'s notice of compliance and urgent motion to lift suspension, and considering that based on records and evidence submitted, said respondent has substantially complied with the order of suspension from the practice of law, as mandated in the Resolution of November 19, 2014, the Court, upon recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension of Atty. Babarin, Jr. and ALLOW him to RESUME his law practice.
The said report and recommendation of the OBC is NOTED.
