TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF MARINDUQUE, MINDORO OCCIDENTAL, MINDORO ORIENTAL, PALAWAN, AND ROMBLON

SUBJECT : RESETTING OF CASES SCHEDULED TO BE HEARD DURING THE NATIONWIDE JUDGMENT DAY ON 17 NOVEMBER 2017

In view of the Training Seminar on the Revised Guidelines on Continuous Trial of Criminal Cases for the first level courts of the Fourth Judicial Region scheduled on Thursday, 16 November 2017, judges from the provinces of Marinduque, Mindoro Occidental Mindoro Oriental, Palawan, and Romblon, who will be unable to make it back to their respective courts in time to participate in the Nationwide Judgment Day scheduled on 17 November 2017, are hereby authorized to RESET to the following week the cases originally set for hearing on 17 November 2017.
