SUBJECT : Publication of Statement of Condition as of June 20, 1997
By virtue of the authority vested in the Bangko Sentral by Republic Act No. 7653, a call is hereby made for the publication by your institution of its Statement of Condition (consolidated for the head office, branches and other offices), as of June 20, 1997, in accordance with the revised form (TB Form 4) and the instructions for its accomplishment contained under Circular Letter to all Thrift Banks dated July 15, 1991, as amended by Circular 1339 dated May 18, 1992. Publication of said Statement of Condition shall be done in a newspaper of general circulation in Metro Manila, or in the City/Province/Region where your principal office is located.
Please be reminded that the names and positions/designations of the members of the Board of Directors, President and Executive Vice Presidents (Senior Vice Presidents if there are no Executive Vice Presidents) shall also be published as of June every year and presented in the right side column of the published statements (Circular No. 1339 dated May 18, 1992).
The original and a copy of the Statement of Condition (TB Form 4) shall be submitted to this Department before the publication within twelve (12) banking days from receipt of this call.
A copy of the Statement of Condition as published, together with the publisher's certificate shall also be submitted to this Department within twenty (20) banking days from receipt of this call.
