TO: ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF THE NCR, REGION 3 AND REGION 10

SUBJECT:

JUDICIARY-MEDIA RELATIONS SEMINAR WORKSHOPS ON APRIL 22, 2004, APRIL 23, 2004 AND APRIL 30, 2004.

Pursuant to the "Strengthening Judiciary-Media Relations" Project of the Supreme Court, the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication will be conducting seminar-workshops for journalists, selected Supreme Court personnel and the respective Executive Judges of the trial courts of the National Capital Region (NCR), Region 3.and Region 10on the following dates:

(1) April 22, 2004, Bayview Hotel, Manila, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (exclusively for NCR executive judges, journalists and selected Supreme Court personnel);

2) April 23, 2004, Gloria Maris Restaurant, Angeles City, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. (exclusively for Region 3 executive judges, journalists and selected Supreme Court personnel); and,

3) April 30, 2004, Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m (exclusively for Region 10executive judges, journalists and selected Supreme Court personnel).

Executive Judges of the designated regions are strongly encouraged to participate in the said seminar-workshops in accordance with the above schedule. Attendance by the respective executive judges of the designated regions in accordance with the said schedule shall be considered on official time.
