SUBJECT:

2 nd PHASE OF PLANNING CONFERENCE ON OCTOBER 16-17, 2003 AT THE QUEZON CITY REGIONAL TRIAL COURT

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLEARAP), in preparation for its 2004 National Convention, will hold its 2 nd phase of the planning conference on October 16-17, 2003 at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
