TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN REGIONS 6 AND 7

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON 6 AND 7 JULY 2001 IN DUMAGUETE CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Negros Oriental Chapter in cooperation with the Institute of Judicial Administration, UP Law Center will conduct a General Law Practice Institute for Regions 6 and 7 on 6 and 7 July 2001 at the Bethel Guest House, Dumaguete City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
