SUBJECT:

NATIONWIDE SPORTFEST ON JUNE 26 AND 27, 2008 AT THE PHILIPPINE COLUMBIAN SPORTS CLUB

The officers, directors and members of the Philippines Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Nationwide Sportsfest on June 26 and 27, 2008 at the Philippine Columbian Sports Club.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr. President of the association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the culmination of the sportsfest.
