TO : THE CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL)

SUBJECT : CONSULTATIVE MEETINGS ON NOVEMBER 27 TO 29, 2012 IN BAGUIO CITY

The Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold consultative meetings on November 27 to 29, 2012 in Baguio City.

In connection therewith, the following national officers and members of the JACOPHIL are authorized to attend the said meetings:

The attendance of the above-named court personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Clint P. Asis, National President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meetings.
