AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES OF REGIONS 6, 7, AND 8 AND SELECTED COURT OF APPEALS CEBU STATION ATTORNEYS AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON SUBSTANTIVE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on Substantive Law and Jurisprudence on Intellectual Property for Special Commercial Court Judges of Regions 6, 7, and 8 and Cebu Station Court of Appeals Attorneys on February 20-21, 2014, Wednesday-Thursday, at Diamond Suites and Residences, No. 8 Apitong corner Escario Sts., Cebu City.
