ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. IN REGION 3

SUBJECT:

1 ST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY ON JUNE 20, 2003 AT OLONGAPO CITY

The Court Interpreters of Region 3 in affiliation with the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc., will hold its I11 Regional Assembly on June 20, 2003 at Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL "BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available .subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
