TO : THE CONCERNED COURT SOCIAL WORKERS OF REGION III

SUBJECT : CONSULTATION-DIALOGUE ON 13 MAY 2016 AT THE OROTEL, SAN FERNANDO CITY, PAMPANGA

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office Region III will conduct a consultation-dialogue on Alternative Placement on 13 May 2016 at the Orotel, San Fernando City, Pampanga. This aims to address issues and gaps in the processes involved in Legal Adoption and issuance of certificate declaring a child as legally available for adoption. The consultation-dialogue seeks to ensure provision of venue for regular technical assistance by the Department as well as address issues and gaps arising along its implementation.

In connection therewith, the following court social workers of Region III are hereby authorized to attend the consultation dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
