AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES OF REGIONS 9,10,11 AND 12 AND SELECTED CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY STATION COURT OF APPEALS ATTORNEYS AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON SUBSTANTIVE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI), will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on Substantive Law and Jurisprudence on Intellectual Property for Special Commercial Court Judges of Regions 9, 10, 11, 12 and Cagayan de Oro City Station Court of Appeals Attorneys on November 20-21, 2013, Wednesday-Thursday, at Mallberry Suites Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.
