SUBJECT

GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MCJAP) will hold its General Assembly on 9 and 10 September 1999 at Cebu City. All interested members of the said Association can attend this General Assembly and such attendance shall be on official time. Participants may avail themselves of financial assistance, if any, offered by the local governments.

It is understood that the MCJAP shall comply with the provisions of PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel."

The President of the MCJAP shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the General Assembly (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
