SUBJECT : OATH-TAKING CEREMONY OF PJA OFFICERS ON 11 JANUARY 2018 AT THE SC-DIGNITARIES LOUNGE AND BI­ MONTHLY MEETING ON 26 JANUARY 2018 AT THE SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY (SBMA), OLONGAPO CITY

The newly-elected officers of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will take their oath of office on 11 January 2018 at the SC-Dignitaries Lounge and will hold their bi­monthly meeting on 26 January 2018 at the SBMA, Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the oath- taking ceremony and bi-monthly meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties axe duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz Yson, the incoming PJA Secretary General, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the oath-taking ceremony and bi-monthly meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
