AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE JUSTICES, OFFICIALS, AND COURT ATTORNEYS OF THE SUPREME COURT, COURT OF APPEALS IN MANILA, SANDIGANBAYAN, COURT OF TAX APPEALS; OFFICIALS OF THE OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR; OFFICIALS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY; AND SELECTED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL AT THE FOUNDING CHANCELLOR EMERITUS JUSTICE AMEURFINA MELENCIO-HERRERA AWARD FOR THE MOST OUTSTANDING PROFESSORIAL LECTURER AND THE LAUNCH OF THE GLOBAL DISTANCE LEARNING CENTER (GDLC) OF THE PHILJA TRAINING CENTER.

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the children of Founding Chancellor Emeritus Justice Ameurfina Melencio- Herrera, will conduct the Founding Chancellor Emeritus Justice Ameurfina Melencio-Herrera Award for the Most Outstanding Professorial Lecturer for 2013, featuring the topic "Revisiting Legal and Judicial Ethics: Challenges and Perspectives" by Justice Hilarion L. Aquino on June 13, 2013 (Thursday); 2 p.m., at the PHILJA Training Center (PTC) in Tagaytay City (main site) and Supreme Court En Bane Session Hall in Manila (remote site).
