SUBJECT:

13TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 13 TO 15 SEPTEMBER 2011 AT THE TRAVELERS HOTEL CORNER AGUINALDO AND RAYMUNDO STREETS, SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE, SUBIC, OLONGAPO CITY

The Officers and Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 13th National Convention and Seminar on 13 to 15 September 2011 at the Travelers Hotel corner Aguinaldo and Raymundo Streets, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Subic, Olongapo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Maria Zoratda S. Zabat-Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the convention/seminar within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
