TO: ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

SUBJECT: BADGE, BAR AND BENCH CONFERENCE/ WORKSHOP/ SUMMIT AGAINST ILLEGAL FISHING

The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) and the Regional Development Council (RDC) in its campaign to improve coastal law enforcement for the benefit of the local fishers and residents of Northern Luzon will hold a "Badge, Bar and Bench Conference- Workshop:Summit Against Illegal Fishing" on September 4, 2009 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said conference/workshop on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.
