TO : ALL FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

SUBJECT: BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON 12 MAY 2017 AT THE DIPOLOG CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Zamboanga del Norte Chapter will conduct a Bench and Bar Dialogue on 12 May 2017, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Dipolog City Hall of Justice. In connection therewith, all first and second level court judges and clerks of court in the province of Zamboanga del Norte are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof
