AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION I IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE RULE OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region I, on June 15, 2010 [Batch 1) and June 17, 2010 (Batch 2), at the Fort Ilocandia Hotel, Brgy. Calayab, Laoag City.

Judges and Clerks of Court of the following areas shall attend the seminar-workshop on the date specified below:

Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, La Union, Laoag City

June 15, 2010, Tuesday

Abra, Baguio City, Benguet Mt. Province, Pangasinan

June 17, 2010, Thursday

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, except for those whose work stations and/or residences are within Laoag City, which shall be on OFFICIAL TIME ONLY.

Any communication relating to the workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Tart Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
