8 th GLOBAL CONSULTATION ON CHILD WELFARE SERVICES AND 3 rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF ADOPTIVE FAMILIES OF FILIPINO CHILDREN ON AUGUST 10-12, 2005 AND AUGUST 15-16, 2005 AT THE EDSA SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, MANDALUYONG CITY

The Inter-Country Adoption Board (ICAB) together with its parent-agency, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and its partner NGO, the Association of Child Caring Agencies of the Philippines (ACCAP) will host the 8 th Global Consultation on Child Welfare Services back to back with the 3 rd International Conference of Adoptive Families of Filipino Children on August 10-12, 2005 and August 15-16, 2005 at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Mandaluyong City.

All concerned are hereby a uthorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Pre-Registration Forms shall be faxed or mailed to the Inter-Country Adoption Board at #2 Chicago Street, Cubao, Quezon City (Fax No. 632-727- 20-26 or e-mail: icaba@skyinet net). The Inter-Country Adoption Board (ICAB) is requested to submit a report on the attendance of those who attended to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the conference.
