SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. SALVADOR T. SABIO FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 23 August 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 7178, entitled "Vicente M. Gimena v. Atty. Salvador T. Sabio," to wit:

WHEREFORE, for violating Rules 18.03 and 18.04 of Canon 18 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, respondent Atty. Salvador T. Sabio is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for THREE (3) YEARS. He is likewise STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with more severely.

A copy of the Decision was sent to respondent twice per Registry Return Receipt No. 29980 on 9 September 2016 and per Registry Return Receipt No. 46569 on 21 October 2016.
