TO : THE CONCERNED FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCES OF CAGAYAN, ISABELA, KALINGA AND APAYAO

SUBJECT : RESCHEDULING OF THE CANCELLED SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON DECEMBER 7, 2012 AT THE IVORY HOTEL CONVENTION HALL, TUGUEGARAO CITY

Due to inclement weather, the seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) scheduled on December 7, 2012 at the Ivory Hotel Convention Hall, Tuguegarao City was cancelled.

Accordingly, the concerned first and second level court judges in the provinces of Cagayan and Isabela are hereby notified that the subject seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) at the Ivory Hotel Convention Hall, Tuguegarao City is rescheduled on December 27, 2012 at a new venue, the University of Cagayan Valley, Tuguegarao City.

Further, all first and second level court judges in the provinces of Kalinga and Apayao are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the-parties are notified of any cancelled hearings

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the judges who attended the seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circulars Nos. 94-2012 and 126-2012 dated September 28, 2012 and November 21, 2012, respectively.
