TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LIBRARIANS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (CLAPHIL)

SUBJECT : 5TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTIQN ON MAY 25 TO 27, 2011

The Court Librarians Association of the Philippines (CLAPHIL) will hold its 5th Biennial National Convention on May 25 to 27, 2011 in Dumaguete City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFJCIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Namnama L. Lopez, National President of the Association shall submit a report regarding the convention to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
