OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES INC.

SUBJECT:

8 TH CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON NOVEMBER 27-28, 2007 AT BAGUIO CITY, BENGUET

The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc. will hold its 8 th Convention and Seminar on November 27-29, 2007 at Baguio City , Benguet.

In connection therewith, the officers of the association are hereby authorized to be in Baguio City on November 26, 2007 to discuss unfinished business of the association.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/ Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. lldefonso M. Villanueva, Jr., National President of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said convention/seminar.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 76-2007 dated August 16, 2007.
