SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF THE NOTARIAL COMMISSION FOR TWO (2) MONTHS OF ATTY. ANTOLIN OLIVA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 21 September 2011, in Administrative Case No. 6069, entitled Lorenzo Tan vs. Attys. Antolin Oliva and Edelson Oliva, to wit:

The Court further resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the Resolution No. XIX-2011-164 dated 13 May 2011. Accordingly, respondent Atty. Antolin Oliva's Notarial Commission is hereby SUSPENDED for two (2) months. However, respondent is REPRIMANDED with WARNING that repetition of similar act shall be dealt with more severely.

In a Resolution dated 11 February 2013, the Court DEEMED as SERVED the copy of Resolution dated 21 September 2011 on respondent Atty. Antolin Oliva.
