TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN CEBU CITY

SUBJECT: BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON 19 SEPTEMBER 2018 AT THE BAYFRONT HOTEL CEBU, CEBU CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Cebu City Chapter, will hold a Bench and Bar Dialogue on 19 September 2018, 11:00 a.m., at the Bayfront Hotel Cebu, Kaohsiung Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
