ALL OFICERS AND BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFRDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

FIRST REGULAR BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING AND OATH TAKING OF NEW OFFICERS ON JULY 3 & 4, 2003

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philioppine (SCOPHIL) will hold its first regular Board of Officers meeting on July 3, 2003 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial court, Manila and oath taking of officers on July 2, 2003 at the Supreme court.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the said assembly.
