TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (MetCJAP)

SUBJECT: FOURTH QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING ON 28 TO 29 NOVEMBER 2018 IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, MINDANAO

The Officers and Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MetCJAP) will hold their Fourth Quarterly Board Meeting on 28 to 29 November 2018 in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Sheryll Dolendo Tulabing, Secretary General of the MetCJAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meeting with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
