SUBJECT REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE ACCREDITATION OF

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PROCESSING OF SYSTEM RELATED REQUESTS

Piease be informed that the PAGCOR's Board of Directors in its meeting on 13 June 2024 approved the implementation of the Regulatory Framework for the Accreditation of Service Providers and Processing of System-Related Requests Rev. No. 0.

Consequently, please note of the following refiected changes:

1. The Online Poker Games (i.e. player-to-player Poker games) shall be handled by

2. The Electronic Billiards (eBilliards) shall no longer be considered as one of the EGLD, as an additional game offering;

3 The previously approved foreign/unaccredited Data/Content Streaming Providers must apply for accreditation with PAGCOR within six (6) months or must engage an accredited Data/Content Streaming Provider as a reseller to retain its game offerings; and data/content in PAGCOR-authorized gaming platforms.

Correspondingly, procedures for the transition of existing Traditional Bingo and Online Poker Operators shall be issued once available.
