Clarissa Virtudes-Babaran, appeared. Petitioner's counsel, Atty. Dianna Kathrina C. Menor failed to appear. Record shows that she filed on December 4, 2012 at 10:03 a.m., an Urgent Ex-Parte Motion for Postponement. Upon manifestation of respondent's counsel, that petitioner failed to appear for three consecutive hearings, September 27, November 6, and December 4, 2012, her motion to dismiss the instant case for failure to prosecute, was GRANTED. Accordingly, the Petition for Review was DISMISSED for failure to prosecute and this case was deemed CLOSED and TERMINATED.
