REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7300 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN PATRICIA HOMES, BARANGAY GRANADA, CITY OF BACOLOD, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GENEROSO VILLANUEVA, SR. NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Patricia Homes, Barangay Granada, City of Bacolod, to be known as the Generoso Villanueva, Sr. National High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
