REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4324 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYUG, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS TAYUG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The public high school in the Municipality of Tayug, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Tayug National High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
