Wilmer B. Dekit, appeared for the initial presentation of evidence for petitioner. Considering that this was the second time that petitioner moved to reset its initial presentation of evidence on the same ground that it was still securing the services of an ICPA and considering further that it had proposed to present three (3) other witnesses in its Pre-trial Brief but failed to present any of them, its "Motion to Reset the Case for Hearing" filed on September 11, 2014 was DENIED and the case was DISMISSED for failure to prosecute.
