REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS KAGAWARAN NG PANANALAPI KAWANIHAN NG RENTAS INTERNAS Quezon City June 15, 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 25-2005 SUBJECT : Missing original, duplicate and triplicate copy from one (1) set of an unissued BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing original, duplicate and triplicate copy from one (1) set of an unissued BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated serial number, to wit: ROR200402275643 The abovementioned copies were reported missing by Mr Romualdo R. Cabubas, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue Region No. 14, Candahug, Palo Leyte. The said unissued ROR set has consequently been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid missing copies are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
