SUBJECT :

QUARTERLY MEETING ON JUNE 14 TO 16, 2012 AT DAPITAN CITY

The officers and the members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold a quarterly meeting on June 14 to 16, 2012 at papitan City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Gilda T. Loja-Pangilinan, Secretary-Genera! of the Association; shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
